We love cookies at our house. So the letter C was an easy choice.

1. Gather your materials. You will need some pre-made, packaged cookie dough, some wax paper for your child's work surface, an oven preset to your recipes specifications, and a cookie sheet.

2. IMPORTANT! I really shouldn't have to say this but- Wash your child's hands. Especially because you KNOW where her hands have been.

3. Working off of the wax paper, have your child make the letter C with the dough.

4. Arrange your C cookies on the baking sheet and pop them in the oven. Don't make the cookies too thick, as a thicker dough C becomes a blob at high temperatures. Set the timer and wait. Remove from oven.

5. Let cool and if desired decorate them,- sprinkles or icing.

6. Enjoy your letter C cookie!
